Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 150 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 150 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account, or 60 days for properties with monthly minimum stays. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund for weather, medical reasons or acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, red tide & pandemics. We encourage all guests to research and purchase travel insurance accordingly.

If Island Dreams is able to rebook the property at no loss of income to homeowner, a respective refund minus a 5% fee will be issued.

COVID-19: If your stay is subject to a local vacation rental suspension and arrival date is within 45 days, a full refund minus a 5% fee can be offered, or credit for a future stay within 12 months. Island Dreams unfortunately cannot offer refunds or rescheduling of stays that are subject to travel restrictions, advisories, health concerns and alike, unless the property is rebooked at no loss of income to homeowner.
