Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. We cannot offer a refund for weather, medical reasons or acts of nature such as but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, red tide & pandemics. We encourage all guests to research and purchase travel insurance accordingly.

Rentals with 28+ night minimums: Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account.
