About Island Dreams Realty

Island Dreams Realty was founded in 2015, with the intention of being a boutique property manager for the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton areas. We are a small and nimble team, and we only accept properties within a certain radius, to ensure our homes are well-taken care of, and that our guests have the best experience possible.

We started out with just 10 vacation rentals, and we’ve organically grown over the years. We strive to be as responsive as possible for our homeowners and guests, so that guests return to stay in our properties year after year. Our homes are meticulously maintained, and we try to be as helpful as possible if guests need assistance during their stay. We are passionate about Anna Maria Island, and we want everyone staying with us to have a wonderful vacation.
